As members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the SEC Practice Section we provide an average of forty (40) hours of continuing education to all professional staff each year and also are subject to an SEC Peer Review of our Accounting and Auditing Procedures every three (3) years, which is performed by outside independent reviewers. Based on the review conducted in 2002, we were once again issued an unmodified opinion on our quality control procedures.
