is a brief summary of the partners qualifications.
PARTNERS
 FRANCIS J. MERKEL, CPA
brings 30 years of professional experience in public accounting to
McGrail, Merkel, Quinn & Associates. Mr. Merkel began his career with
the national Firm of Arthur Andersen & Co., New York, NY. In 1979, Mr.
Merkel became a Partner of McGrail, Merkel, Quinn & Associates. His
experience with the Firm focuses on financial services, non-profit,
governmental, manufacturing, the construction and real estate development
industry, retail and wholesale, as well as individual tax and personal
estate planning. Mr. Merkel is a trained reviewer under the AICPA Peer
Review Program. He is responsible for overall Firm administration,
including hiring and training of staff and scheduling of assignments.

JOSEPH J. QUINN, CPA/ABV, CVA brings 28 years of experience in public accounting to McGrail, Merkel, Quinn & Associates. As an Audit Partner of the Firm since 1982, Mr. Quinn directs the Firm's corporate practice through the supervision of qualified staff personnel. His direction is most extensive with healthcare, non-profit, outdoor advertising, governmental accounting and major construction contractors. DANIEL J. GERRITY, CPA, Audit Partner, has 14 years of experience with our Firm with an emphasis in financial services, where he has the primary responsibility for auditing procedures, as well as, non-profit, governmental, manufacturing and corporate tax. Mr. Gerrity is an experienced technical reviewer within our Firm and is heavily involved in the administration and training related to our Quality Control Program. ANN E. NOVAK, CPA, Audit Partner, has 9 years of experience with our Firm, specializing in healthcare, non-profit, commercial audits and employee benefit plans. Her healthcare experience concentrates on third-party reimbursements and the preparation of cost reports.
