RSM McGladrey, Inc. and its related entity McGladrey & Pullen, LLP, now branded as McGladrey, are currently the fifth largest accounting and consulting Firm in the United States and are headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota. They developed the McGladrey Alliance, which has become the most progressive professional accounting and consulting network of its type in the United States. We accepted an invitation to become affiliated with this Alliance because it is a natural outgrowth of our commitment to clients and our determination to stay on the cutting edge of developments affecting accounting and consulting firms.

Our experience has shown that this professional affiliation provides us with access to McGladrey’s highly skilled personnel in several industries, which we use in our continuing effort to be an efficient, well-trained, yet locally-owned accounting Firm. Our affiliation also provides many opportunities to work cooperatively with McGladrey or other members of the Alliance who have specialized talents that fit our clients needs.

We maintain our name, autonomy and independence as a locally-owned and responsive accounting firm responsible for our own client fee arrangements, delivery of services, and maintenance of client relationships
