Professional Development

Our quality control program stipulates that all professional staff will receive an average of 40 hours of continuing professional education (CPE) each year at the Firm’s cost. We also ensure all staff either meets or exceeds the CPE requirements of the various licensing boards and professional standards.

CPE is normally comprised of a variety of industry-specific courses offered by the AICPA and PICPA and staff training schools and webcasts offered through the McGladrey Alliance.
